Olanro Hotel Negombo

We stayed at a new hotel, Olanro, in an excellent spot for our last day before flying out. the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, welcoming us with a refreshing fruit drink. They provided great suggestions for a nearby shopping place. the dinner and breakfast at the hotel were nice, with a simple but reasonable selection. the drinks were reasonably priced. the hotel had a large pool, perfect for relaxing, and the rooms were clean and of good quality. We appreciated their effort to make our stay comfortable and their assistance in arranging a budget-friendly taxi. Cons: Nothing to mention.

Huge construction site next to the pool. You had no privacy at all and the staff couldn't even speak English properly.
